Sherriff Woody is always welcoming, even in the rain! If you check the Wait Times on the My Disney Experience App fairly often, you might notice that from time to time several rides are listed as “temporarily closed”. While it could be a technical issue, it might be something else. If there are several attractions listed that way and they are outdoor rides, most likely there is a storm passing through. It might not even be raining, but if there is lightning in the area Disney will shut the outdoor rides down.
