Not all characters sign autographs. Some characters (Olaf, for example) can’t hold a pen. Wandering characters might stop to talk, but they usually won’t sign. At character meals you will most likely receive a card with signatures on it, since they don’t sign either because of time constraints. You’ll still have plenty of opportunities to get signatures for your autograph book.
