Tinker Bell isn’t the only one who can make magic happen!Leaving a Cast Member Compliment in the My Disney Experience App is quick and easy. I do it myself all the time. That said, if there is a Cast Member who really left an impression, I want that person to receive more recognition. I’ll go to Guest Relations if time will allow, and describe in detail why the encounter was so special. If I don’t go to GR, I’ll email Guest [dot] Services [at] DisneyWorld [dot] com. I’ll explain in detail what happened and why the Cast Member was so magical. I know that Disney will take it from there. Cast Members work hard. When they go above and beyond, they need to know that it’s appreciated.
