Flotillas are still going strong! Character Cavalcades at Walt Disney World are mostly a thing of the past. Character Cruises, or Flotillas, are a different story. There are still several that take place daily at Disney’s Animal Kingdom. They now run in groups that start at either 15 or 45 past the hour, weather permitting. The final group of Flotillas currently ends at 4:15. There are great viewing areas all along the Discovery River. If you aren’t sure where to wait, ask a Cast Member.
