Bob Iger at the Galaxy’s Edge opening at Disneyland Late last night I shared a press release that informed us that Bob Chapek is out as Disney CEO and Bob Iger has stepped back into the role. That information was sent in an email. I always like to share official links when I can and I finally have one. You can read the statement from The Walt Disney Company here. Yes, it’s true. It’s interesting to note that the release is mostly about Iger, Chapek only gets a sentence. The word “fired” is never used, instead, Chapek “stepped down”.
