Use only one phone!If you’re trying to get a spot in a Virtual Queue, do not try on more than one phone. It might seem logical that with more phones you’ll have more chances, but it doesn’t work that way. Using two or more phones confuses the system, and they cancel each other out. The best way to get a spot is to sign into the My Disney Experience App a minute or two early, check your party, and then keep refreshing until “join” appears. Remember, if you miss your chance at 7:00 you can try again at 1:00.
