Kiosks accept cash as well as cards On July 22 there was a major outage that affected the point of sale systems at Walt Disney World. It meant that many places could not accept credit, debit, or Disney Gift Cards. It is always a good idea to have some cash on you in case something like this happens. Keep it in a separate part of your wallet so that you won’t spend it unless there is no other choice. Technology is great most of the time, but sometimes things go wrong and we need to revert to the old fashioned ways.
