As of 9:00 this morning, Tropical Storm Elsa is not expected to have a huge impact on Walt Disney World and the surrounding areas. We’re predicted to be east of the storm, which is also known as the “dirty side”. We’re expecting a fair amount of rain and some wind. As I write this, there aren’t any warnings or watches for Orange or Osceola Counties, which are the two counties that Walt Disney World is located in.
