The times listed are the park hours There is a lot of confusion about one thing that you will see when you book a Disney Park Pass Reservation. Once you pick a park, it will say “Select a Time”, and then the park hours will be given at the bottom. Just hit the hours and book your reservation. There are no arrival windows with the current system, but it seems like Disney has the ability to change that if they need to.
