There are two bits of reopening dining news that I want to share with you. If you’d like to see them from the source, you can find them here. I’ll give you a quick rundown, so you don’t have to hunt for the information on the Walt Disney World website.
The first piece of news is about dining reservations. If you had an active reservation for September 2 or earlier that Disney canceled on you, you will be able to make new reservations, starting on June 30. Those eligible should have received an email today. The way to make reservations was not released. I’ll update this at the top once that information becomes available. There’s no word yet on when everyone else can start to make dining reservations.
The second tidbit has to do with character dining. Garden Grill at EPCOT has been added to the reopening list! It’s the first character dining experience announced for the theme parks. The only other character dining currently is at Topolino’s Terrace. It will be a modified experience, but it is a step in the right direction.
