No word on when the Disney Springs restaurants will reopen Today is the first day of Phase One of Florida’s reopening. Restaurants are allowed to open with indoor dining of up to 25% capacity. Outdoor dining is allowed as well, as long as social distancing is maintained between tables and other safety guidelines are met. Non-essential retail stores can also reopen at 25% capacity. At this time, the restaurants and stores at Disney Springs have not reopened. I expect Disney Springs to at least partially reopen before anything else at Walt Disney World, but that’s speculation on my part.
