Since Star Wars: Rise of the Resistance opened back in December, guests have been flocking to the park in the early morning hours to try to get a Boarding Pass. After they have secured their spots, many of them are hungry. The main choices have been either leaving the park or waiting in the long line for Starbucks at The Trolley Car Cafe. Things have recently changed, and there are two brand new options at Disney’s Hollywood Studios for those who want to break their fast.
The first place that is now offering breakfast is ABC Commissary. This makes so much sense. This restaurant has plenty of indoor seating, although it does tend to get busy during traditional meal times. The staff is good at handling crowds, and they’ve had breakfast before during the Early Morning Magic events. Some of the breakfast items are Breakfast Charcuterie Platter, Smashed Avocado Toast and Egg, and Fried Chicken and Cinnamon-Sugar French Doughnut. The prices are reasonable, at least for Disney.
The other new place to grab breakfast is the Milk Stand in Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge. Docking Bay 7 has always had a few breakfast items, and this adds to Black Spire Outpost’s selection. You can order Saka Farm Egg Bite, Green Milk Bread Pudding, and Wamba Yogurt Cup. A friend of mine confirmed the yogurt cup is plant based, it’s made with coconut milk.
It has not been announced if these new breakfast offerings will be around for the long haul, or if they are to get guests through the next few months. Either way, it’s nice to see that there are some creative new breakfast dishes at Disney’s Hollywood Studios!
