We’ve all seen the ads at the end of the Super Bowl where the MVP says “I’m going to Disney World!” Well, the game hasn’t yet been played, but we already know that the Walt Disney World tradition will continue this year. It has been announced that the Super Bowl MVP (or possibly another player) will be at the Magic Kingdom on Monday, February 3. He’ll head down Main Street, U.S.A., along with Mickey and the gang. The best part of all is that you can be there too! Well, sort of.
Disney Parks Blog is going to be carrying the Super Bowl celebration live on Monday. The broadcast is set to begin at 2:40, although the time could change. You will be able to catch the livestream on the Disney Parks Blog homepage. I’ll try to add the link on the Disney Over 50 Facebook Page as well.
If you plan to head to the Magic Kingdom to see the celebration for yourself, make sure you arrive early. Remember, the Super Bowl is in Miami this year, which means that many of the fans will hit Walt Disney World the next day; especially if it means seeing a hero player. Then again, given how bad traffic can be between Miami and Orlando, some of them might end up missing it…
