Dates Have Been Released for D23 Expo 2019

The dates have been released for the next D23 Expo. It will be held August 23-26, 2019, at the Anaheim Convention Center in Anaheim, CA. No other major details have been announced.

D23 is the Official Disney Fan Club. D23 Expo is the convention that is held in Anaheim every other year. The convention celebrates all things Disney, including plenty of information on the theme parks. It was at past D23 Expos that both Toy Story Land and Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge were announced. Since Walt Disney World’s 50th Anniversary will take place in 2021, there should be plenty of theme park announcements.

In the past, D23 Expo has included the induction of the newest Disney Legends, information on upcoming Disney and Pixar movies, and much more. There are always plenty of celebrities on hand as well.

If you’re interested in becoming a D23 member, there are different levels of membership. General Membership is free, and includes some discounts. In the past one of the discounts was for D23 Expo tickets. Gold Membership currently costs $79.99 annually, and includes more discounts and other benefits. There is also a old Family Membership for $104.99. Prices include a handling fee.

Traditionally tens of thousands of fans attend each D23 Expo. With the proximity of the Anaheim Convention Center and Disneyland Resort, it’s not too early to start planning a vacation where you’ll be able to experience both. We’ll keep you updated as we receive more information.
