This is where Beatrix is supposed to be I heard a rumor that the Beatrix project (the restaurant that is supposed to be built where Bongos was) had been canceled. I went to Disney Springs to check it out for myself. There was no construction at all, but the signs were still there. The Disney Springs location is listed as delayed on the Beatrix website, and as “coming soon” on both the Walt Disney World and Disney Springs websites. Here’s hoping that this is one rumor that is false.
