This picture was taken on September 16, 2020 There have been rumors for months that Voyage of the Little Mermaid was going to close at Disney’ Hollywood Studios. I first heard this before the closure. When the park reopened in July, there were no social distancing markers outside of the theater. Then the sign was taken down, making many think that the rumors were true. Fortunately, the show has not been canceled. The sign was removed temporarily for cleaning and maintenance. It is now back. We don’t know when the show will return, but we do know that it will.
