There is some information that has not been released, including to most Cast Members. On something like capacity the Cast Member might be making a guess, or he or she might have heard it from someone else, who was making a guess. Unless that Cast Member was Bob Chapek, Josh D’Amaro, or maybe Bob Iger, don’t take any capacity information as more than an educated guess.
