Will this year see the earliest Halloween Party ever? I have seen a rumor in several places about the 2020 dates for Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party. The rumor states that the first party will be held on August 13, which would be the earliest ever! While this rumor very well may be true, I haven’t seen anything official yet.
