4 Rivers Cantina Barbacoa Food Truck Is Open

There’s a new food truck at Disney Springs, but you won’t find this one with the other food trucks. 4 Rivers Cantina Barbacoa Food Truck is located in Marketplace, when I stopped by it was near World of Disney. 4 Rivers Smokehouse is a popular chain, but the truck that bears its name sells Tex Mex instead of barbecue. 

When ordering, you’ll pick what you want as your filling. Choices include Grilled Tri-Tip Steak, Chicken Tinga, and Black Beans & Rice. From there, just say what you want it in. You can order a Taco Cone, Nachos, and a few other items.

One thing that makes me happy about 4 Rivers Cantina Barbacoa Food Truck is that it is vegetarian friendly. Squash Blossom Quesadilla is listed on the menu as vegetarian. I asked about vegan options, and was told that the rice and beans are vegan, and that pretty much any entree could be made vegan with minor modifications.

4 Rivers Cantina Barbacoa Food Truck is open daily from 11:30am until 10:00pm. I’ve heard unofficially that the reason why they aren’t selling barbecue is because that is already sold nearby at The Polite Pig. That’s just as well, 4 Rivers Cantina Barbacoa Food Truck could fill a different need at Disney Springs. It’s nice that there’s now one more affordable option.
