What Is Passholder Ticket Corner?

This sign took me by surprise!

I like to think that I’m on top of the most recent developments at Walt Disney World. That is why I was a bit stunned today when I was at Disney’s Animal Kingdom and saw a sign that read “Passholder Ticket Corner”. This one caught me totally by surprise, I had no idea what it was all about, so I decided to find out.

Passholder Ticket Corner is an extension of Guest Relations. The Cast Member manning the booth can help with ticket related issues such as purchasing an Annual Pass, upgrading a pass, or buying tickets to special events such as Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party. There was a woman there who he was assisting with a FastPass+ issue. He was able to easily take care of it for her.

I chatted briefly with the Cast Member who was manning the kiosk. He informed me that there is a similar location at Disney’s Hollywood Studios near Jedi Training: Trials of the Temple, and another at the Magic Kingdom. That one is located near the Hall of Presidents. At this time there is no location at Epcot, but he said that might change.

Passholder Ticket Corner is currently in a trial run, but it could become permanent. Since the booth outside of Discovery Trading Company was busy, I would not be surprised if Disney decides to keep the service.
